The Quarterback Club is in the process of publishing a first-of-its-kind cookbook filled with recipes from anyone who has played JV or Varsity football at LCHS.  The book will contain approximately 250 recipes.  It will be 5 1/2 " x 8 1/2", with a plastic comb binding and a custom color front and back cover designed to honor you.  The price is $10.00.  All of the proceeds from this cookbook fundraiser will benefit the LCHS football program.

We need three or four of your favorite family recipes by Friday, May 11, 2012.  Please try to select recipes from different categories (do not send all desserts).  Whoever submits the recipe will have his name and jersey number printed underneath the recipe.  We would like for everyone to participate.  Together, we can make this a huge success!

There are several ways to return the recipes.  Use this form link and print one recipe per form and return them to the fieldhouse.  Recipes may be E-mailed to tigersfbcookbook@yahoo.com.  Recipe forms may be picked up from Merle Norman Cosmetics in Rogersville.

We are anticipating a great demand for the 2012 LCHS TIGER FOOTBALL COOKBOOK.  The book will be available in August.  For ordering purposes, it would help us tremendously if you could let us know approximately how many cookbooks you are planning to sell.  Remember, if you don't reserve your copies, we may not have extra cookbooks after publishing has been completed. 

It is certain to become a cherished keepsake.
